Meet Dr. Keefe
An approachable blend of reassuring practicality and comprehensive expertise in pediatric care, Dr. Lynn Keefe is a reliable partner in your child’s health and happiness. She empowers parents with knowledge, easing concerns with a compassionate, straightforward approach.
Dr. Keefe is Board Certified in Pediatrics and graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine prior to opening an office in Niceville, serving children from birth to college. As an independent healthcare provider in private practice, Dr. Keefe is able to offer patients and their parents a highly responsive, individualized plan of care for each stage of development. She takes great pride in maintaining open communication and around the clock accessibility for urgent issues and needs.
She is affiliated with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, where she served as the Chief of Pediatrics from 2009 to 2014.
Deeply passionate about assisting abused and neglected children, Dr. Keefe was a member of the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center's first Board of Directors and served as the Medical Director of the Child Protection Team of Okaloosa and Walton counties for more than 25 years. In addition, she serves as the chairperson of the Florida High School Athletic Association Sports Medical Advisory Committee, which sets safety guidelines for all student athletes across the state.
Outside of her medical practice and volunteer work, Dr. Keefe enjoys taking ballet classes at the Northwest Florida Ballet Academie, deepening her hot yoga practice, exploring the trails of Eglin AFB with her Labradors, and embarking on cultural adventures abroad with her husband, Larry.
